The quilted padding actually holds my 15-inch laptop snugly without any sliding around. I can fit my charger, a couple of notebooks, and even a small lunch in the main compartment. This bag is exactly what I needed for commuting.
I picked this up for my 17-inch work laptop, and it fits perfectly with room for a charger and notebook. The quilted exterior gives it a nice sophisticated look, though I wish the shoulder strap had a bit more padding for heavy loads.
